These terms apply to all bookings made with Meridian Group across our Southport properties. Please read them before you book.
Making a booking
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us or our reservation system. Please check the dates, room type and rate on your confirmation and tell us of any error straight away.
Rates & payment
Rates are per room per night unless stated otherwise and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is taken in line with the terms shown at the time of booking, through our secure payment provider.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked and are shown at checkout. Flexible rates may be cancelled up to the stated deadline; non-refundable rates are charged in full. Contact us as early as possible to change a booking.
Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your booking. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and cannot always be guaranteed.
Guest conduct
We ask all guests to treat our properties, staff and neighbours with respect. We may decline or end a stay where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive to others.
Damage & liability
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Cancellation by us
In rare circumstances beyond our control we may need to cancel or relocate a booking. Where we do, we will offer a suitable alternative within the group where possible or a full refund of sums paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
